Youth Sample Classes
Young Women Writing for (a) Change®
Our Mission is to foster healthy writing communities where words of girls and young women from all walks of life are nurtured, developed, and celebrated.
Samplers are a great opportunity for girls and young women to experience a Young Women Writing for (a) Change circle. Samplers are experiential and contain most elements of a typical YWWf(a)C circle. They are intended for new and returning writers.
This sampler has been canceled. Please check back soon for future dates.
Intergenerational Writing Sampler
This FREE sample class is an opportunity for interested girls and teens in grades 4-9 to write with a parent, caregiver, or trusted adult and sample the elements of a typical YWWF(a)C writing circle. Participants are asked to register in adult-child/teen pairs or triads.
Bring your journal, bring a friend, join us for some fun, creative time!
Immediately following the writing portion, there will be time for those who wish to enjoy light refreshments, speak with the faculty, and tour the Schoolhouse.
The mission of YWWF(a)C is to foster healthy writing communities where words of girls and young women from all walks of life are nurtured, developed, and celebrated.
